1. Putting Orders into system and processing with production.
2. Follow up with production for timely completion.
3. Relentless follow up with production teams for early completion of ordered goods of the customers.
4. Update customers for their order status.
5. Quick disposal of enquiries made by clients.
6. Send new designs & design catalogue to various clients to get orders.
7. Co-ordination with dispatch dept to ensure timely shipment.
8. Order status of those clients who have submitted advance gold / payment.
9. Collect MOQ to fulfill specific & urgent client requirement.
10. Planning shipments and cross verification with accounts for its clearance.
11. Follow up with specific customers for their new orders, disposal of ready goods.
12. Checking of ready goods from customer order sheet.
13. After sale services - repairs & replacements.
14. Daily attending numerous phone enquiries related to new development.
15. Offering available stock to customers/sales personnel.
16. Co-ordination with PD department for sampling & new development.
17. Payment Follow up.
18. Handle customer complaints related to quality ,delayed delivery etc.
19. Monthly basis analysis of dispatch/sale.
Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
